Qどんな仕事をしていますか？(What kind of work do you do?)

Good day to everyone..

I am Jennes Andaya from Philippines ,I am a machine operator in a printing company called Skit,I operate a UV offset printing machine made by Komori.

We can print anything in paper based.Like poster,postcard,flyer,folder etc. with 200×360 to 640×940 mm maximum sheet size and .04 to ,08 paper thickness.
We do our best to maintain the best quality of our products to satisfy our costumers.

私はフィリピン出身のアンダヤ・ジェネスです。スキットで印刷機のオペレーターをしています。小森コーポレーション製のUVオフセット印刷機を操作しているのですが、紙であれば何にでも印刷できます。ポスター、はがき、チラシ、フォルダーなど200×360~640×940 mm までの紙サイズで0.04 ~08mmの厚さまで印刷できます。私たちは、お客様に満足頂けるよう製品に最高品質を維持するために最善を尽くします.

Q仕事のどんな所にやりがいを感じますか？(Where do you find you job worth doing?)

As a foreigner living in japan and having a job as a printing machine operator I find it challenging because of the knowledge I learned from it especially the Quality control,I also find it interesting because I was able to learn many Chinese characters and learned many thing about Japanese culture and work management and it is fun because i was able to work with kind and honest Japanese people here in Japan.

日本に住んでいて、印刷機のオペレーターとして仕事をしている外国人です。私は学んでいる知識でも特に品質管理のために難しいと感じています。また多くの文字（漢字）を学べるので面白いと思います。日本の文化や仕事の管理について、そしてここ日本で親切で正直な日本人と一緒に仕事をすることができたので楽しいです。

Qあなたからみた「スキット」はどんな会社でしょうか？(What kind of company is Skit co. Ltd. from you?)

As a foreigner I never thought I will be able to work in a good company like Skit. At first it was hard for me to be able to cope with the work adjustment but my Japanese co-workers never give up on me and never treated me bad, they treated me not only like a staff in here but as family too.So if you ask me What kind of company is Skit is, I will answer it’s not only my company but it is also my family.

外国人として、スキットのような良い会社で働くことができるとは思ってもみませんでした。最初は仕事の調整が大変でしたが、日本人の同僚は決して諦めず、悪い扱いもせず、ここのスタッフとしてだけでなく、家族としても扱ってくれました。スキットってどんな会社なのかと聞かれたら、私の会社だけでなく家族でもあると答えます。

Qあなたの今後の目標や野望を教えて下さい(Tell us your future goals and ambition)

As a Filipino living here in Japan I want to set a good example to my fellow Filipino to be a role model and a law abiding citizen. As a head of the family I will do my best to give a good life and a better future to my three daughters and teach them to be a good person. As a Staff of Skit Company my goal is to commit to continuous improvement of my skills to be able to contribute for the progress of our company.

私はここ日本に住むフィリピン人として、仲間のフィリピン人からのモデルであり、市民を守る法律であるという良い模範を示したいと思います。私は家族の一員として、3人の娘に良い人生とより良い未来を与え、彼らに良い人になるように教えるために最善を尽くします。スキットのスタッフとしての私の目標は、会社の進歩に貢献できるように、スキルの継続的な向上に取り組むことです。
